Kydemy Improvements and Updates

In this blog, specifically, you will find more detailed information about the news we share via email and our WhatsApp channel. This time, we're bringing you important changes to the invoices and financial files generated on the platform.

1. From now on, in your Settings menu under the Invoices section, you’ll find two new fields:

• Prefix: Allows you to add an identifying prefix to the invoice number.
• Legal/Privacy Information in Invoice Footer: To include legal text.

This means that simplified invoices generated when you log a payment in a student's profile will now display an invoice number that begins with the configured prefix and ends with the current year. Each year, invoice numbering will reset, starting again from number 01.

1. The second major update to our software is located in Finance > Payments. We have enabled two new information columns in the downloadable files (Excel and PDF) of your daily or monthly payments:
2. 1. Student’s ID (DNI/ID)
   2. Student’s Postal Code

If you use these fields in your student records, you can now access this information in your payment files.

😃 📢 We’re also excited to announce that among the latest updates, we have launched the new Evaluation System in our mobile app. Now, grades can be viewed (if you have the relevant package) and teachers can evaluate their students—all directly in the mobile app, in the “Grades” section.
