A student is considered active when he/she is currently enrolled in any ongoing class or that has registered any payments (current month).

In Kydemy you can cancel at any time, just contact us at least 48 business hours in advance and we will cancel your next renewal. You can also export your students' information at anytime if you wish to go elsewhere.
