At Kydemy we only use your active students count to choose the plan you need; that is, you can have your entire database and student history at no additional cost. You only pay for your active students.
For us, active students are all those who meet one or more of these conditions: they are enrolled or attend your classes, for whom payments are registered or access the Kydemy platform.
Taxes (VAT / IVA)
All prices on our website DO NOT INCLUDE taxes. VAT (21%) must be added to our prices in the following cases:
- For companies/individuals based/residing in Spain.
- Companies/individuals based/residing in the European Union who do not have an Intracommunity Operator Number (ROI-VIES).

Storage Plans
A Kydemy platform includes 50 GB of free storage for your photos, attachments, and videos.
If you need additional storage Kydemy offers extra storage in 100 GB ranges/units at a very competitive price:

Every 100 GB of additional storage will increase your monthly price € 9.00.
For instance, if you are storing 40 GB worth of videos/images/attachments, you need 0 extra storage units, therefore no storage fee will be applied.
If you go over 50 GB, you will be charged €9 per 100 GB unit. For instance 70 GB of used storage, you will need 1 unit of storage, which will translate into €9/month of extra storage fee.

Branded App for Students
Kydemy provides a native Mobile App for iOS and Android for all your students for free. This free App uses the Kydemy branding. In order to maintain your branding image across platforms we offer you the option of creating a dedicated branded version of the Kydemy App for you and publish it in the store with your name, logo, branding, etc.

QR application to manage attendance automatically
Kydemy offers a native application for tablets (iOS and Android) for the automatic reading of QR codes generated from the Kydemy student/teacher app. This way, daily attendance can be registered automatically, as well as the entry time.

Is it easy to use? Will I be able to use it?
Kydemy has been created within studios and with the collaboration of many customers. We provide a very intuitive solution, training sessions and services to guide and help you every step of the way.
Do you offer yearly plans?
Yes, if you pay for a year upfront (optional) you will get two months for free. This option is available in all plans.
Do you have a setup cost?
Absolutely not. All plans are month to month with no contracts, no setup fees, and no hidden gimmicks. Cancel anytime.
Do you restrict features with a free trial?
No, all features are available in our trials. Although you will need to request us to enable for you online payments if you wish to use that feature.
What are «Active Students»?
A student is considered active when he/she is currently enrolled in any ongoing class or that has registered any payments (current month).
What payment methods do you accept?
For monthly payments we accept all major credit cards and for annual payments we also accept wire transfers. Kydemy uses Stripe for all credit-card payments.
When/How can I cancel my Kydemy subscription?
In Kydemy you can cancel at any time, just contact us at least 5 working days in Spain in advance and we will cancel your next renewal. You can also cancel your subscription yourself up to one day in advance from the platform. In addition, you can also export your students' information at anytime if you wish to go elsewhere.
