A new school year begins, and with it comes a wave of new enrollments from students who want to start at your school. And let’s not forget about parents who want to enroll several children of different ages in different classes.

But don’t panic! Kydemy’s school and academy management software—especially designed for artistic institutions—has the solution 💡.

From now on, schools using Kydemy will be able to activate family enrollments, whose main advantage is to speed up the registration process by allowing children to be enrolled under a single email. This way, parents can register their children, select the classes they want them to attend, and manage everything in a clearer, more visual way.

How Kydemy’s family enrollments work

When a family member (parent or guardian) logs into your school’s Kydemy platform, they can choose between two options: “Registered user” or “New user registration”.

It’s important to note that the parent must first register themselves, and then add their children, who will be linked to their account. To do this, the parent selects “New user registration” and completes the required information.

📢 A new improvement: Students and families can now view the school’s classes before registering. This allows them to check whether the classes offered are of interest before moving forward with enrollment.

Once the parent or guardian has registered, they can immediately enroll their children in the same section without having to close or open new tabs. Right there, they enter their child(ren)’s names and select the classes they want to sign them up for.

💡 No need to enter contact details again—the platform automatically links the parent’s information to the child’s account (as shown in the example image).

After completing payment details and clicking “Save”, the school will receive the pre-registration of the parent and their children, with all accounts linked to a single email. The school only needs to accept or reject the enrollment request.
