As we always like to emphasize, Kydemy was born with a clear purpose: to support the daily management of art schools and studios through tools specifically designed for them. Our goal is for everyday tasks to be handled by Kydemy, allowing schools to focus on what truly matters: providing quality education to their students.

That’s why, starting next Wednesday, June 11, 2025, a new and improved version of the platform will be available—offering a better experience for our clients, greater security, and faster processes for school management.

With the implementation of newer and more powerful technologies, Kydemy’s upgraded platform will mark a major leap forward in delivering a full 360º client experience.

New improvements (and benefits) in Kydemy

As mentioned earlier, starting this Wednesday, schools and studios will have access to a new version of the Kydemy platform, which brings with it multiple benefits.

💡 It’s important to note that these changes will only apply to the web version of Kydemy. The mobile app will remain the same, with no changes reflected there.

Reduced platform size 💻

The improved web version of Kydemy will take up less space. What does this mean? By occupying less cloud space, the system will load better, operate faster, and feel smoother during use.

Improved load times ⏰

We know time is valuable—especially for businesses. That’s why we’ve reduced Kydemy’s platform load times by 55.5% compared to the previous version. Whether it's an Administrator, Manager, student, parent, or teacher using the platform, actions will now process one second faster than before.

More security for your data 🛡️

Protecting your school’s data—as well as that of students, families, and teachers—is one of our top priorities. With the launch of this new version of Kydemy, not only will the experience improve, but security systems will also be strengthened against any potential vulnerabilities or failures.

More adaptable for greater growth 🚀

At Kydemy, we want your school to grow—and for our platform to grow with it. By incorporating new technologies, the system is now better equipped to scale and adapt, whether that means handling more business volume or integrating new tools and features quickly and with fewer errors.

New design for a better experience 🖌️

User experience isn’t just about how fast and secure the platform is—it’s also about how intuitive and visually appealing it is. The new Kydemy platform features a more streamlined, consistent, and modern design. We've focused on improving usability to make the experience even better for users (schools and studios). Additionally, this new version offers better accessibility for users with visual impairments or motor difficulties.

New signature feature available ✍🏼

And that’s not all—we’ve added a new feature! Under the General tab, Kydemy now includes a signature status function. This allows schools to view the signing status of student documents directly from the student table, without needing to access each individual profile.
