Referral Program

If you are a Kydemy customer, now you can benefit from the referral discount program. For each referral you bring to Kydemy, you will get a discount for your subscription. You can accumulate as many discounts as you like and they will be effective whilst the referrals are Kydemy customers.

  • 5% discount of your monthly/yearly fee per each referral using Kydemy.
  • The referral must be subscribed to a non-free plan: Basic, Standard or Enterprise.
  • The discounts will be computed and applied at the renovation date.
  • Trialing clients will not taken into consideration for the discount.

Pricing Questions

What is included in each support tier?

Basic support: functional issues will be resolved within 7 days, critical issues will be resolved within 48 hours.
Standard support: functional issues will be resolved within 48 hours, critical issues will be resolved within 24h.
Enterprise support: functional issues will be resolved within 24 hours, critical issues will be resolved within 8h.

What means white label?

Kydemy supports customer customization to adapt the platform to its corporate branding. Even so, the Kydemy logo will appear in some sections of the platform, emails, etc. When you acquire a subscription plan with the white label feature all references to Kydemy will be removed and only your branding y logo will be displayed.

What are online Credit Card payments?

Your users will be able to pay membership fees or appointments directly from your Kydemy platform. The payments will be reflected on the platform and you will be able to keep record of all payments.

What is API integration support?

Kydemy is fully integrable using an exposed API. This means that you can integrate Kydemy with your website/portal to query or update any inforation avaliable in the platform. With the API integration support package our engineers will help and guide you to perform these integrations.
